The Cooper Scholarship, established by Russ and Evelyn Cooper, is given to graduating seniors of Our Saviour’s who will be attending any college.  The number and amount of these scholarships is determined each year by the SAFE committee based on the money available in the fund.  This is a one-time grant.  Letters will be sent each year to the seniors of Our Saviour's Lutheran and the application is due in the church office by April 15.
